DOYON PROJECT SERVICES AWARDED CONTRACT FOR ADMINISTRATIVE WARRIORS- IN-TRANSITION

According to DOD: Doyon Project Services, LLC, Federal Way,Wash., was awarded on March 24 a $19,863,100 firm-fixed-pricecontract. The award will provide for the construction ofadministrative Warriors-in-Transition, including one soldier andfamily assistance center, one battalion headquarters, and four largecompany headquarters, at Fort Lewis, Wash. Work will be performed inFort Lewis, Wash., with an estimated completion date of July 8,2012. The bid was solicited through the Internet with nine bidsreceived. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District,Fort Worth, Texas, is the contracting activity (W9126G-11-C-0015).
