Mar. 16--SARATOGA SPRINGS -- The city will get a bit of European flair with the opening next month of ONARA, the first store in this country by a Portuguese fashion house founded in 1976.
ONARA has leased 3,600 square feet for a 2,300-square-foot boutique and showroom for prospective brand distributors at Four Congress Park Centre, located just off Broadway.
The store will open April 9.
Warrensburg resident Dick Emerson, ONARA's director of North American sales, views Saratoga Springs as a test market for the brand to take to other cities across the country.
